Started in 2013. Still showing up.

Back in 2013, the Thackeray family started a dairy servicing company with the support of their families. Customers responded to honest work and quality service, and Crystal Creek grew across the Dallas and Independence area — then farther across the Northwest and beyond.

The focus has always been dairy: helping farmers produce quality products for their communities. Along the way, shops and businesses recognized the same skills — ice, refrigeration, fabrication, custom trucks — and we expanded without losing who we are.

Today, together with our crew, we’re still building for the community we love. Quality is the goal. Honesty is the key.
