Metalwork and trucks built for the job
Custom welding, sanitary stainless, and utility truck builds from the same Crystal Creek shop that serves Northwest dairies.
What this shop builds
Fabrication customers actually call about
If you need steel cut and welded, a work truck laid out around your tools, or dairy-grade stainless that can take a wash-down, that’s our fabrication lane.
Custom metal fabrication
Frames, brackets, panels, mounts, and specialty parts made to drawings, photos, or a walk-through of the problem. Shop work in Independence with install when the job needs it.
Utility & toolbox trucks
In-house beds, platforms, and toolbox layouts for contractors and service crews — built so load-out matches the trade, then mounted on your chassis.
Dairy & sanitary stainless
Parlor panels, guards, process piping support, and food-grade metalwork that stays cleanable in milk rooms and wash-down spaces.

What you’re looking at — and what we did
Each photo below is a real Crystal Creek job. We’ve written out what was happening so customers (and search engines) can see the kind of fabrication we do in Oregon.
Custom truck fabrication
Welding a steel frame onto a work truck bed
This shot is from our Independence shop during a custom truck build. A Crystal Creek fabricator is welding a square-tube steel frame onto a flatbed while a Miller welder and shop tools sit within reach.
That’s the core of our fabrication service: we cut, fit, and weld metal in-house so contractors and service crews get a truck layout that matches how they actually load tools — not a generic catalog rack.

Utility & toolbox trucks
Moving a fabricated platform into place on a chassis
Here the crew is lifting a heavy custom-fabricated black steel platform with a forklift — the bare truck chassis sits in the foreground waiting for install.
Crystal Creek designs and builds utility and toolbox trucks this way: fabricate the bed or platform in the shop, then mount and finish it on your vehicle so drawers, boxes, and load-out space fit your trade.

Sanitary stainless fabrication
Custom stainless panels on a rotary milking parlor
This close-up shows custom-fit stainless steel side panels on a rotary milking platform — riveted trim, wash-down friendly surfaces, and brackets holding process lines in place while cows stand on the non-slip deck above.
For dairy customers, fabrication often means sanitary stainless: panels, guards, and mounts that survive daily cleaning and keep milk-side equipment protected. Crystal Creek fabricates and installs this kind of work for Willamette Valley and Northwest farms.

Process piping & milk-room metalwork
Sanitary stainless piping and a custom equipment bay
This milk-room style install shows stainless process piping with sanitary (tri-clamp) fittings, pneumatic valves, a pressure gauge, and a custom recessed stainless equipment bay above a trench drain.
Beyond trucks, Crystal Creek fabrication covers food-grade and dairy process metalwork — routing lines, building housings, and fitting stainless so wash-down and milk handling stay clean and serviceable.
